RETURN POLICY
Our goal is for you to love your new GREAT products, which is why we will happily accept returns on all full-price items for a cash refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns must be received within 30 days and be in original condition with tags attached.
Returns & Exchanges
- All full priced items are eligible to return for refund, store credit or exchange. (Unless Customized which can NOT be returned nor restocked)
- All orders placed using a promotional discount will be eligible for a return. This excludes any orders placed during our EOFY or Black Friday sales.
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.
- When requesting a refund or store credit, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
- When requesting an exchange, return shipping charges will be calculated and charged via the returns portal.
- All returns will incur a return shipping fee, charged when your return is submitted. This charge is to generate a shipping label on our freight account to return your original items to us.
- Exchanges will honour the value paid at checkout after discounts, excluding shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional costs required to exchange their item.
- Stock cannot be held for exchanges, in the event the item requested sells out, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping fees, where applicable).
- If the size you are requesting is low in stock or sold out, your return cannot be processed as an exchange.
Where can I find my order details?
- To submit a return you will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
International Returns & Exchanges
